ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks a strong Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, hire and train staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience across our Tallahassee location.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a 50-hour workweek during peak periods. Competitive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Hire, train and develop hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff.
• Maintain a safe, professional, engaging restaurant environment.
• Set clear benchmarks for managers and staff; monitor performance.
• Oversee and ensure performance meets company standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest concerns.
• Ensure all policies and programs are followed in-store.
• Report progress to Area Director and leadership.
