ACGBBQ, LLC. is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Sonny’s location in Mobile, AL. This role focuses on delivering a one-of-a-kind guest experience, managing hourly team members, and upholding safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining an engaging restaurant atmosphere. Flexibility to work up to 50 hours weekly is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Two years restaurant management experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Run operations to deliver the Sonny’s guest experience.
• Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members.
• Provide a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Set benchmarks and ensure shifts run smoothly; supervise managers and staff.
• Respond to store needs and ensure exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Enforce all operations policies and communicate results to Area Director.
