ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager in Sarasota, FL to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will hire, train and oversee hourly staff, ensure safety and a professional environment, and drive performance to meet company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of management in a restaurant, superior interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety and operating procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong reading, writing and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop hourly team members and schedule them.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly staff and address daily needs.
• Set clear benchmarks and monitor hourly performance for smooth shifts.
• Oversee and ensure hourly performance meets company expectations.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Execute store policies and programs; work up to 50 hours weekly as needed.
