Job summary

ACGBBQ LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks a store manager for the Pace, FL location to lead operations and guest-service excellence. You will oversee daily restaurant activity, staff leadership, and visitor experience at one of our Sonny’s locations.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This position emphasizes safety, service quality, and team development to drive results.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to read English safety rules and write routine reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop hourly team members; schedule and evaluate.
• Maintain safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly team members.
• Set clear benchmarks for assistants and staff.
• Oversee performance and follow-up.
• Respond to immediate store needs.
• Ensure guest experience is exceptional.
• Execute operations policies and programs.
• Report information to Area Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be flexible to a 50-hour workweek.
