Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is seeking a Manager to lead restaurant operations in Bartow, FL. You will hire, train and develop team members, ensure a safe and engaging environment, and drive exceptional guest experiences daily.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong English communication, and solid interpersonal and time-management skills. A flexible 50-hour workweek may be needed during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret basic documents.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly staff and address needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to staff for smooth shifts.
• Oversee performance to meet company standards through follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest concerns.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Execute operations policies and programs in the store.
• Report information to Area Director with plans of action and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
