Job summary

KF is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and uphold KFC standards in Colmar Manor, MD. You will recruit, train, and develop managers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and profitable operations.

You will drive people development, manage budgets, optimize scheduling, and stay ahead of competitors’ digital initiatives. A strong focus on equity, inclusion, and adherence to corporate policies is essential.

Qualifications

5 years or more in restaurant/retail management with a track record in leading people.
Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and train top Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for managers and trainers.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance while promoting equity and inclusion.
Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
Schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and drive profitability.
Monitor competitors and elevate digital presence and loyalty programs.
