Job summary

KF in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, uphold KFC brand standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop managers and crew, manage the P&L, optimize scheduling, and implement product rollouts while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in restaurant/retail management with a strong people track record.
Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis.
Exceptional communication, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
Develop and execute comprehensive training plans; mentor managers and trainers.

Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
Schedule staff strategically; coach on KFC brand standards and roll out products.
Analyze financial performance; manage budget to maximize profitability.
Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
