KBP Foods, a leading KFC franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Thurmont, MD to lead a fast-paced team and drive store performance.

You will manage cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting; recruit and develop talent; coach staff to deliver a great guest experience; maintain a clean, safe dining environment; and exhibit 18+ eligibility with near-weekly closing availability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for full shifts.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGM.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
