Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.

• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance; foster equity and inclusion.
• Address conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach on KFC standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budget, and maximize profitability.
