• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, promoting equity and inclusion.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and promptly resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and ensure adherence to KFC brand standards.
• Oversee budgeting and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
