Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Experience developing training programs and leading teams across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for managers and staff.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster equity and belonging.
• Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to drive profitability.
