Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit top talent, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach managers, develop training plans, and build a culture aligned with our equity, inclusion and belonging values.

You’ll manage scheduling, budgets, and profitability while maintaining brand standards and driving customer satisfaction. If you excel at people development, P&L analysis, and hands-on leadership, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor supervisors and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service, coach on brand standards, and lead rollouts.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
