In this role you will manage training, budgets, and brand standards while actively engaging with customers and optimizing profitability. A strong focus on leadership and people development is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Adheres to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.

• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and drive brand standards.
