Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our restaurants across Roanoke and Lynchburg. You will guide staff, manage operations, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail experience with customer service focus.
• College degree or 3-4 years line operations experience in restaurant industry.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights when most drive-thrus close at midnight.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and travel to bank, other restaurants, Area Office, etc.
• Reliability is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to create a restaurant of choice with quick, friendly service.
• Control and monitor store cash, inventory, and equipment as a cornerstone of success.
• Empower and assist your team to achieve organizational goals and service excellence.
• Set standards for quality, service and cleanliness across all dayparts.
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Complete all required administrative duties.
• Provide A+ training for every employee through established systems.
• Ensure food safety procedures meet Company and Health Department standards.
