Job summary

Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking energetic General Managers to lead staff and operations at one of our locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

As a GM you will drive service excellence, manage cash, inventory, training, and HR duties, while maintaining a fun, fast-paced, family-friendly environment. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and extensive training as part of a locally owned franchise.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3–4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including late nights when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and operations at one of our locations.
• Manage cash, inventory, and equipment to protect assets.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve service goals.
• Uphold quality, service and cleanliness across all areas and times.
• Perform HR duties to maximize staff engagement and retention.
• Interview and assist with staffing to ensure proper coverage.
• Complete administrative duties and reporting.
• Provide comprehensive training using established programs.
