Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking a capable General Manager to lead daily operations across Roanoke and Lynchburg locations. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety and quality, and manage staff performance in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

The GM will oversee payroll, inventory, and training programs, while promoting continuous improvement and service excellence for every customer served.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience required.
• College degree or 3-4 years line operations experience.
• Flexibility to work late nights and varied schedules.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant staff and operations at one of our locations.
• Control cash, inventory and equipment to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Recruit, interview and staff the store to proper levels and train employees.
• Ensure food safety and quality across all shifts.
• Perform HR duties to engage and retain employees.
• Complete required administrative duties and uphold company standards.
