Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking a General Manager to oversee staff and operations at one of our Roanoke/Lynchburg locations. You will drive service excellence, manage cash, inventory, and equipment, and set standards for quality and cleanliness.

We value energetic leaders with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building a winning team. The GM role offers a stable environment, flexible schedules, and opportunities across multiple restaurants in the Roanoke and Lynchburg area.

Formación

• Restaurant/retail experience with customer service focus.
• College degree or 3-4 years of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Must be reliable and able to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage staff and restaurant operations at one location.
• Control cash, inventory, and equipment to ensure success.
• Empower and assist team to achieve goals and service excellence.
• Set standards for quality, service, and cleanliness across all shifts.
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Complete required administrative duties.
• Provide A+ training through established systems.
• Ensure food safety procedures meet company and health department standards.
