Job summary

TGI Friday's in Pittsburgh is seeking a proven Restaurant Manager to lead a team of Managers and hourly staff in delivering exceptional Guest experiences and strong traffic growth. You will coach, develop, and align operations with the Credo and brand standards to drive sales and safety.

You will supervise 3–6 Managers, manage P&L, staffing, training, and local marketing efforts while ensuring compliance and a discrimination-free environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Restaurant KM or AGM with knowledge of Friday's recipes, policies, standards.
• Ability to manage P&L, budgets and financial projections.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on delivering great Guest experiences.
• Directly supervise and support 3–6 Managers and all FOH and BOH hourly Team Members.
• Manage all profit and loss.
• Align all behavior with the Credo and Values.
• Execute on all brand standards through managing and coaching Team Members.
• Interact with Guests to ensure they receive the Fridays Service Style experience.
