Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Ability to improve performance through P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Develop and implement training plans; mentor Managers and Team Members.
