KF is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team, recruit and train top performers, and uphold the gold-standard customer experience that anchors the KFC brand.

You'll oversee onboarding, develop comprehensive training plans, mentor managers and crew, reward excellence, resolve conflicts, and drive profitability through diligent scheduling, cost controls, and competitive service. This role rewards leadership, inclusion, and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting and training teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop training plans and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers; foster equity and inclusion.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service; ensure brand standards and product rollouts.
• Analyze financial performance; manage budget; drive profitability.
