KF is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team and uphold the gold standard of service at our location. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, driving promotions and a strong culture within the restaurant.

In this role you will manage schedules, oversee training, monitor budget performance, and ensure excellent guest experiences. A track record in people development and adherence to safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Adheres to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor management staff.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering equity and inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor competitors and improve digital presence and loyalty programs.
