KF, a leading KF restaurant brand, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Phoenix to lead a dynamic team and set the gold standard for customer experiences. You will recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and develop team members while driving excellent operations and profitability.

You’ll manage budgets, analyze P&L, optimize scheduling, uphold brand standards, resolve issues, and foster equity, inclusion and belonging. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and strategize profitability.
• Stay informed about competitors and leverage digital presence and loyalty programs.
