KF is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop leaders while modeling KF’s culture and standards.

Your focus on performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction will guide daily operations and strategic decisions. You will oversee staffing, training, and customer relations, ensuring consistent execution of brand guidelines and PL outcomes across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive training plan for management and staff.
• Recognize and reward outstanding team performance, fostering equity and inclusion.
• Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and uphold KFC brand standards.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
• Stay informed on competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs.
