KF is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations for a KF franchisee restaurant. You will drive guest experiences, ensure food quality and cleanliness, and manage the restaurant team with a focus on performance and accountability.

You will mentor staff, onboard new hires, and partner with other leaders to push the business forward while maintaining KF standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a restaurant team and proven track record of achieving goals.
• Strong focus on customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Experience mentoring and onboarding team members; ability to train and develop staff.

• Own the restaurant’s success metrics and lead the team to reach goals.
• Lead guest experiences through friendly service, clean environment, and fresh meals.
• Grow and mentor the KF family through training, development, and onboarding of new team members.
