Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and profitability. You will lead hands-on supervision, manage staff, control costs, and drive performance across all functional areas.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and the ability to develop talent while maintaining brand standards and a safe, welcoming guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent restaurant mgmt experience.
• Experience leading a team and driving guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop talent and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards and labor laws are followed.
• Manages staffing levels, recruits talent, and develops internal candidates for management positions.
• Analyzes operating performance and implements action plans for sales growth.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and food safety adherence.
• Coordinates restaurant operations, including inventory management and administrative duties.
