Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of performing the essential functions.
• Must have EPL Assistant Manager or the equivalent of 3+ years of management experience in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the restaurant team to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor optimization to align with sales forecasts.
• Enforce safety, food safety, and cash handling policies and standards.
• Manage P&L, inventory, and guest service standards to drive profitability.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and staff coverage when needed.
