Responsibilities

• Strategically manages, coaches, and recognizes team performance to drive efficient restaurant operations.
• Oversees opening and closing procedures, restaurant setup, food preparation, and cleaning processes.
• Optimizes labor and scheduling to align with sales and labor models while maintaining service standards.
• Provides hands-on support to cover workstations and breaks as needed.
• Maintains focus on guest service and speed of service to meet company goals.
• Manages hiring processes from interviews to onboarding and compliance.
• Performs other duties to support restaurant operations.
