You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance, with a focus on guest experience, speed of service, and cost control. Experience in quick‑service restaurants, Serve Safe certification, and a hands‑on leadership style

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and recognize team performance to drive restaurant operations.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and ensure proper setup, prep, and cleanliness.
• Plan and optimize labor, scheduling, and staffing according to sales.
• Provide backup coverage for breaks and keep service flow smooth.
• Maintain guest service speed and educational standards on efficiency metrics.
• Oversee hiring processes, interviews, references, and onboarding.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.
