El Pollo Loco is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy team and oversee all restaurant operations, driving quality, growth, and a top-notch guest experience. You will ensure policy adherence, staffing optimization, and staff development to meet sales and profitability targets.

You will champion opening/closing procedures, labor planning, and efficient service, while fostering growth opportunities and a culture of excellence within the restaurant team.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to satisfactorily perform essential functions.
• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma or GED preferred.

• Strategically coach and recognize team performance to drive restaurant operations.
• Lead opening/closing procedures, oversee setup, food prep and cleaning processes.
• Optimize labor and scheduling to align with sales volume and labor targets.
