You’ll oversee staffing, training, and compliance with company policies, ensuring high standards and consistent execution across all shifts. This role emphasizes growth and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be EPL Assistant Manager or have 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and food prep.
• Plan labor and scheduling to meet sales targets and labor hour guidelines.
• Provide hands-on coverage across workstations as needed.
• Maintain strong guest service and speed of service.
• Drive hiring processes from interviews to onboarding.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.
