Job summary

Fulenwider Group operates a Taco Bell in York, SC and seeks a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and compliance with company standards. The role directs product preparation, service quality, inventory, staffing, and safety programs.

The candidate will manage labor costs, scheduling, training, and performance of hourly team members while ensuring Profit & Loss accountability and adherence to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Basic PC literacy.
• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred.
• 1–4 years supervisory experience in a food or retail environment with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintains the highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by guest interaction during peak hours.
• Takes an active role in guest service and relations, monitors and corrects employee appearance and sales techniques, and participates in marketing efforts.
• Controls day-to-day operations: labor and product costs, orders, inventory, and schedules; follows procedures for receiving, preparing, holding, packing and serving products.
• Maintains high productivity through recruiting, training and motivation of hourly employees.
• Runs routine preventative maintenance; checks, adjusts and repairs restaurant equipment, building and grounds.
• Prepares and submits required reports using projection, cash control, and security techniques.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, disciplines, and terminates hourly staff; maintains personnel data; develops and trains staff; ensures a safe work environment.
