Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA seeks Restaurant General Managers to lead 10–45 Taco Bell crew members, directing daily operations and inspiring teams toward service excellence.

You will train and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members, manage food safety, and drive budgets and profits. At least 2 years of restaurant-management experience and a passion for guest service are required. This is a 50-hour-week role in a fast-paced, people-first brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong focus on customer service and profitability.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train store leadership including AMs and shift supervisors.
• Ensure food safety, guest service, inventory and equipment standards.
• Drive budgets, sales and profitability to meet targets.
• Lead a 50-hour work week operations.
