World Wide Wings is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Gluckstadt, MS. You will lead daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and fast service, while directly supervising staff and modeling strong leadership.

The role requires overseeing staffing, training, hiring, performance reviews, and adherence to food safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from AGM position with required training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED required, undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
• Desire to develop the team and continue personal development.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) comply with guidelines and budgets.
• Strives for sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conducts crew member, shift manager, and AGM performance appraisals.
• Manages hiring of new crew, shift leaders, and AGMs.
• Coaches and counsels staff toward certification and performance targets.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and adheres to sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensures a safe restaurant environment and coordinates corrective actions.
• Monitors preventative maintenance and coordinates repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provides timely feedback to the area coach using daily calls and weekly meetings.
