Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell Unit. You will lead operations, train staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

This role requires strong cost control, staffing, performance coaching, and hands-on leadership across shifts. The GM will drive sales, manage budgets, and coach the team to deliver fast, friendly service and consistent results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promotion after completing learning zone trainings.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Control cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days/ shifts and meet scheduling needs.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers and AP/GM.
• Hire and onboard new crew, shift leaders and AGMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve certification and performance targets.
