Job summary

World Wide Wings in North Aiken, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee a Taco Bell unit. You will drive daily operations, ensure hospitality, maintain cleanliness, control quality, and optimize service speed.

The AGM will train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and cash procedures, and coach team members toward performance goals. 18+ and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with food prep and inventory management.
