Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to oversee both front and back of house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality. You will manage restaurant leaders, handle P&L responsibilities, and work within opening hours including weekends and holidays.

Applicants should have 4+ years in a similar role, be familiar with Aloha/Toast, and possess strong math, reporting, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Familiar with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service mindset and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Availability to work opening hours, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to maintain guest service and food quality.
• Lead restaurant managers and front/back of house teams.
• Manage P&L and partner/leadership responsibilities.
• Work to minimize costs and boost staff retention.
