Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality standards at all times. You will lead the restaurant teams, help minimize operating costs, boost employee retention, and support the General Manager in a fast-track leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld.
• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen and front of house / service teams; support the General Manager in a fast-track capacity.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
