Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, part of Tc4 & Co Hospitality, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Austin. You will oversee FOH and BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of RAM experience, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a customer‑centric leadership style. Availability to work opening hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented with leadership abilities.
• Able to work opening hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.
• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen and front of house / service teams.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations and in a fast-paced environment.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
• Deliver a positive dining experience for guests.
