Job summary

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, part of Tc4 & Co. Hospitality, in Austin, TX, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead FOH and BOH operations, uphold guest service and food quality, and drive profitable, smooth daily operations.

As senior restaurant leader, you will manage restaurant managers, oversee all service teams, own P&L responsibilities, and guide our leadership toward a positive dining experience, with openings on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Availability to work openings hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality certification is a plus.

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Start at $70k to $75k per year, based on experience.

In this GM role, you will manage all of the restaurant managers along with restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams AND have P&L and Operating Partner / Leadership responsibilities. As the senior restaurant leader, you will run the full operations manager / Managing Partner capacity.
