Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to oversee both front and back of house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality. You will manage restaurant leaders, handle P&L responsibilities, and work within opening hours including weekends and holidays.

Applicants should have 4+ years in a similar role, be familiar with Aloha/Toast, and possess strong math, reporting, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role.
• Familiar with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service mindset and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Availability to work opening hours, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Start at $70k to $75k per year, based on experience.

In this GM role, you will manage all of the restaurant managers along with restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams AND have P&L and Operating Partner / Leadership responsibilities. As the senior restaurant leader, you will run the full operations manager / Managing Partner capacity.
