Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead both front and back of house operations. You will ensure guest service and food quality standards while managing teams and supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards.
