Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee FOH & BOH operations, ensuring top guest service and food quality. You will manage both kitchen and service teams and support the General Manager in fast-track progression.

The role requires availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on reducing costs, boosting staff retention, and delivering a stellar dining experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Willingness to work during opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards.
• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams.
• Support the General Manager in a fast-track capacity.
• Ensure operations during opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
