Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in California. You will mentor a team, drive customer experience, and oversee operations to maximize profitability while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, delivering exceptional service, managing P&L, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality programs. This non-exempt leadership role requires a hands-on manager who leads by example.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Maintain health card in adherence with local/state requirements.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check.
