Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• ServSafe certification and health card per local rules.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive world-class operations including service, cleanliness, quality food, and strong financials.
• Oversee P&L to maximise profitability and manage costs.
• Make decisive leadership decisions and communicate with upper management.
• Conduct ongoing training and development workshops for staff.
