Responsabilités

• Finding, hiring, and developing crew members and shift managers.
• Conducting new hire orientation and training plans for new hires.
• Scheduling and deploying the team to cover peak periods.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train and motivate team members to maintain speed of service.
• Communicate openly with Restaurant Management about operational issues.
