Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager (GM) to lead a Taco Bell restaurant in California, mentor the team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, supervise operations, manage P&L, uphold DRG values, and ensure compliance. This non-exempt, full-time role requires 45-hour weeks, English proficiency, and SERV Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Read, speak and write in English.
• SERV Safe Certification required and current health card as applicable.
• Avg. 45-hour work week with nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify, train and mentor a team of high-potential individuals.
• Lead world-class operations and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain strong financial results and profitability.
