Diversified Restaurant Group is hiring a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in California. You will mentor a team, drive service excellence, and oversee daily operations to deliver quality food and a profitable business.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant leadership, a High School Diploma, and a SERV Safe Certification. You must be 18+, able to work a 45-hour week, and communicate in English.

• Must read, speak and write in English.
• SERV Safe Certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop a high-potential restaurant team.
• Drive world-class operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Lead decisions and serve as liaison between management and crew.
• Conduct ongoing training and provide real-time feedback.
• Uphold DRG culture, recognition, inclusivity and a respectful atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and local regulations.
