Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc., the largest Hardee's franchisee in the United States, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at the Hardee's location. You will oversee staff, uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety and HR policies, while maintaining strong cash controls and a professional workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong conflict-resolution, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team.
• Ensure sales growth by maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability.
• Interview and hire qualified staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs within company standards.
• Train the management team and crew using the current training system; evaluate performance and design development plans.
• Foster a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with staff and management; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Lead crew and management team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training.
• Maintain adequate inventory and control it to meet the company food-cost variance standard.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with company standards, state and federal regulations.
• Be responsible for all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
