Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff according to company standards and regulations
• Schedule sufficient staff to cover guest flow
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards
• Train the management team and crew with current training system
• Conduct team meetings and develop individual development plans
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and daily records to standards
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted while ensuring customer service excellence
