Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Hardee's restaurants. You will oversee operations, drive sales growth, uphold top quality, service and cleanliness, and manage profitability with your team.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule and train, monitor labor costs, lead performance development, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet physical demands.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Good references and availability for all shifts and weekends.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant to standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs.
• Train management and crew and evaluate performance.
• Design development plans for employees to improve performance.
• Maintain relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory, product quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures and reporting are accurate; uphold professional appearance.
• Represent the company positively and uphold its values.
